i just finished watching tis show on arts central called "The Human Spirit"..
it's a show abt pple wif something rong wif their bodies..
like tis episode tat i saw..
it was abt tis man who was half man and half tree..
he had branch-like warts growing all over his hands and feet..
so off cuz he cant feel most of them...
it's caused by some bacteria(oops!) tat took over his body..
and cuz he has a low immunity system tat's y become liddat..
cuz his body produces onli a small number of white blood cells..
not enuff to fight away the bacteria.
thn his wife was so scared of him tat she left him wen he was liddat...
leaving their 2children behind...
but he's the breadwinner of the family ma..
so must earn money...
thn sumhow this "circus" comes to visit him..
they're made up of pple wif weird symptoms on their body oso..
this woman has a deformed face..
this guy has an overly large nose and tings growing all ard his body..
and this guy has tings growing out of him called "bubbles"...
AND IT'S NOT A CIRCUS AT ALL!!
IT'S JUST LIKE A FREAK SHOW!!
where's the humanity in these pple-in-charge huh?
they think that they're helping these poor pple!!!
by giving them a job or wateva...
ohh alright u may be giving them money..
but it still doesnt change the fact tat u treat them like freaks!!

thn u noe there was this last act...
whr the pple in the "troupe" had to perform in a "magic" show...
there were acts like..
smashing a few glass rods on their backs at the same time..
walking on burning charcoal..
(they claim it will not hurt.. who noes how true issit)
and the last 1 involved tat half man half tree guy pulling a truck wif his hair...
thn wen he was pulling they all treated it like sum kind of wat...
i dunno!
omg..
there was this drop-pit feeling in my stomach...
AHHHHHH..
and then wen being interviewed..
the person in charge was like..
"ohh i am very confident in them. it will not hurt them at all! they're not scared.. just look at their faces!"and then the camera turned to their faces...
THEY OBVIOUSLY WERE SCARED LA!PERFORMING SUCH DANGEROUS STUFFS IN FRONT OF PPLE WHO TREAT U LIKE FREAKS.wth...
