i hate bad days.. especially when they come all at 1 time and i get a whole week of bad days.. they make me not feel like blogging.. i shall just talk abt the 2.4km run.. well i ran with liuqiao this time.. not bad lah.. she's just nice for me.. (oops sounds wrong HAHA) we were like trying to pia.. NOTE: trying until when we were starting the 6th round and heard our timing ahh.. we totally gave up. HA. ok.. for people who are lazy to go to youtube to search, look at this!
